How to raise a repair for my rental?
Quick guide to lodge your repairs and maintenence queries through the Yabonza Smart Dashboard platform.
To do this, log into your dashboard:
1) Log in to our platform
2) Click into Repairs & Maintenance section.
2) Select New Requests and provide as much detail as possible so our R&M team can gather information and process the action.
3) Add in Photos along with your request.
4) Click Submit. That’s it. Our R&M team will get notified and start the process.
