We are seeking an outstanding Customer Services Manager to join our team and assist in fulfilling our vision. This is a role for someone with initiative and with the opportunity to progress quickly. Reporting through to the Head of Operations, your primary role will be to service our customers and to own the leasing experience at yabonza. We look for people who love property & who can hit the ground running. We need you to focus on the best experience and make sure that we are constantly delivering to our vision on a daily basis. You will be organised, love CRMs and love making a difference. You will be supported by a team of knowledgeable and dedicated individuals and will know what it takes to take our customer experience to the next level.

You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, who can think outside the box, and who enjoys getting stuck in and getting your hands dirty. Customer service is at your core, you love it and know how to make customers happy. You are a multi-tasker who is quick on your feet in solving problems and finding solutions to issues that can arise and implement these.
